Zumba & Meditation

Service Description

Our aim is to create an inviting and stress-free atmosphere to guarantee a quality Zumba® experience. We encourage participants to go at their own pace, whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, we guarantee an amazing session. Zumba class duration is 45 minutes, concluding with a 15-minute guided meditation. This meditation serves the purpose of allowing participants to further connect with their body and spirit.
